I agree with people saying no one should be killed, but society itself.
As for the whole chav thing: I believe it comes from a gang name instead of the acronym posted before (Cheltenham Average - GOGOWIKIPEDIA)
I honestly believe that people may 'deserve' to die, but that doesn't mean anyone should actually kill them. More like they should wear a giant board on themselves at all times saying "I am a rapist and a murderer, nice to meet you" etc.
Then they'd truly feel the wrath of society. It'd probably incite vigilates but regardless of that it's just punishment to see them roaming around society with absolutely nothing left because of what they've done.
I think rapists don't deserve to die because most of the time it comes from environment or religious/cultural beliefs rather than an actual genetic defect. I mean look at Fiji a few years ago.
Actually, the only people I really think should die are dictators such as Robert Mugabe, Hugo Chávez, and the infamous Kim Jong-il.
Their own warped perspectives are harming entire countries... something's messed up. However there's always going to be a replacement unless things change (especially people's attitudes) but in such an oppresive environment, how can we expect it?
Not to say I agree with people invading other countries *frowns* I'M LOOKING AT YOU, AMERICA!!! But advocates of human rights etc. could make a difference...

ANYWAY yeah dictators and government officials leading the corrupt money-making ways of the world into the next generations should be killed or have a serious talking to and 5 minutes on the naughty step.

If someone can bring other human beings back to life, they can say who they think should die, because at least they can rectify any mistake later.
The people that make the world rotten. Not the weak people, forced to commit crimes because they cannot afford not to but the wicked people, the greedy ones that would let people die if it would save them their wealth. People have the right to pursue happiness and be happy so if others want to take that right away then they do not deserve it themselves.
