Heroes of Might and Magic 3 soundtrack :D
One of my favorite soundtracks of all time, I may add the Fable soundtrack to the list just for the sentimental value... and of course the fact that it's a great soundtrack.
Also, Plants vs Zombies really does have a great soundtrack ^^

I've got some songs that happened to be in games, e.g. Hole in the Earth by The Deftones and Knights by Minus the Bear, (both featured in Saints Row 2,) GTA4 reintroduced me to The Black Crowes "Remedy". Mass Effect introduced me to the band Faunts so I have M4 Part 2 on my iPod among other Faunts tracks. On Mass Effect 2 I also have three from the game soundtrack by Jack Wall. I thought they'd be suitably epic for my overseas travels. I was right.

The Hell Marches as posted earlier, including the latest. Also that instrumental one on RA3, not sure about its name.

Also, Morrowind. Almost forgot that o_O

Problem with my Ipod is that I added all sound files to itunes, and given I have a lot of old games this means I have hundreds of sound bites like a torpedo firing effect or "Knight to D3". Whoops.

Mortal Kombat theme, a Skindred song that I believe was featured in one of the Need for Speed games, a handful of songs from FFVII: Crisis Core, Still Alive, and some of the songs from FO3 (but those were there before I started playing it, so they don't exactly count).

I'm pretty sure everyone who's played it should have Still Alive from Portal by now...

Bioshock
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
Cave Story
Chrono Trigger
Chrono Cross
Earthbound
Final Fantasy 6, 7, 10, 12, and Tactics (I own copies of each game soundtrack, these are the ones I keep on my list)
Gitaroo Man
Halo 1
Ico
Jet Set Radio
Jet Set Radio Future
Katamari Damacy
Legend of Mana
Mass Effect 1 & 2
Mother 3
Secret of Mana & Seiken Densetsu 3
Shadow Hearts 2 & 3
Silent Hill 2-4
Suikoden 2, 3, & 5
Super Mario RPG
Vagrant Story
Valkyrie Profile Lenneth & Silmeria
Xenogears

And a few random tracks from Beatmania, Still Alive, and goofy stuff like Breakbeat Dispenser and Soldier Boy.(The TF2 songs/parodies) I really enjoy game music. =p And yes, I legitimately own these all, via physical copies or in the case of the SNES spc's owning the game.
You seem to hav eput alot of work into putting that list in alphabetical order, but I shall rain on your parade by pointing out that Chrono Cross should come before Chrono Trigger.
