Pokemon White 2 just the other day, because as I believe I have established I am a massive sucker for pokemon and just as my interest was whaning (fuck you diamond and pearl!) there was black and white and all was well again.
I am the right age to have played XCOM back in the day but I must admit I never actually did. I live in a rural area and didn't have friends as a kid so I missed several classic games simply by never hearing about them.daveman247 said:

I've played a couple XCOM clones. One -- I can't remember its name -- was obtuse and unintuitive, so rough it felt like alpha code. Xenonauts seems like it could be good if they ever get it stable and bug-free.
Pokemon Black 2. So, so excited, pre-ordered it yesterday after playing Pokemon Conquest all weekend. I had planned to pre-order Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance but the 3DS is still a little too expensive to buy yet.
Apparently my response to this thread asking what the LAST GAME I PREORDERED, being Borderlands 2 and stated as such, was flagged by a moderator with a low content warning because I didn't provide enough to the "disscussion."
My post was entirely on topic, in a thread that is not asking for any brilliant debate, merely asking people for one bit of info that in the long run matters to no one whatsoever.
So was the topic creator also modded for making a thread that provides no actual content? Were all the other people that responded with their LAST GAME that they preordered similarly slapped on the wrist by a mod for the first time at a site they have frequented on a daily basis for years?
Let's discuss that, shall we? Oh wait that would probably get us all banned for going off topic...
On topic my last preorder was for borderlands 2, since my previous post is uneditable I'll add that I loved the original and that the sequel is looking awesome. Its also 2K games 3rd highest preordered game behind GTA games if that adds anything to the "discussion" in this thread.

Assassin's Creed 3, well I haven't technically preordered it yet but I'm going to very soon, when I get round to it. I was thinking about getting the "Join or Die" edition, but I'm starting to think about just getting the standard edition and save some money.
I've money down on Bioshock:Infinite, but I am thinking very seriously on moving that to Dishonored as it comes out sooner. I can always drop on Bioshock later afterward if it doesn't postpone farther.

I don't pre-order games because usually i can get a new game at least 10-15 quid cheaper if i wait 3 days after release...i can't understand why anyone would pay full price for any game when usually they only take 1 day to complete and 1 day to max achievements out *boggles*
