Personally I always thought of a villain persona/gimmick as being a mentally unstable doctor who enjoys cutting people apart and generally mutilating them, before sewing them back up and healing them so that they look hideous and are basically my abominations.

As such I always thought I'd call myself 'Dr.Feelgood' which ironically is the name of the song I'd use.
