They would break into fractions and begin a paranoia-fueled civil war with each other for the few women amongst them. Basic human rules would break down and humanity will become a foreign concept. Death, rape, hatred, racism, and other crimes against humanity would become rampant and after a while everyone would accept that those actions have become the way of life.

Few would survive the brutality and even fewer would be able to successfully rejoin humanity.

But really, this would happen if you took everyone from ANY group of people and locked them in a room, even if there was unlimited resources. It's human nature to destroy, simple as that.

Really? I was lucky and i new it was a comedy so i thought it was freaking hilarious! Possibly the best zombie movie.

How so? It's special effects were horrible and the sheep man looked retarded, and the whole "plot" was horrible. Of course I knew it was a comedy, it just didn't strike a chord with me at all. Shaun of the Dead wins hands down btw.
