What would you ban?

No idea why but you just got given the power to ban one legal thing in your country, anything items, food, activities what ever you can think of. What would you ban and why?

If I could ban anything it would be idiots reproducing to make more idiots. Everyone would need a license to have the right to conceive, which can only be earned by going to a DMV-ish place and proving that you aren't a complete dolt. If you are knocked up without a license you have options though; have your child taken from you at birth for a government education program or have it aborted before birth and thus supporting stem cell research, alloying smarter living people with real lives and potential to live on.

This is a major problem in my country, what with the overly generous welfare system in place. Basically, the more kids you have, the more money the government gives you if you're unemployed, and then you're given job seekers allowance. All this of course comes from hard working tax payers who do have a job, who only produce the number of kids which they can afford to raise.

There is some light at the end of the tunnel, the welfare system is getting a little shake up, this week in fact, how much of a shake we don't know. But as far as I know, alot of people who DO deserve to get benefits will be hit hard, such as ones who used to work and have contributed to society, but can't now because of disability.

A license won't do anything. You need a license to drive but it doesn't stop idiots from driving. Also, what specifications does someone need to meet or not meet to be considered an "idiot"?

OT: 3D. At least in the theater thats near me. Maybe then I could finally see movies without getting a massive headache.
