What would you do if you couldn't delete history

Use incognito browsing like I usually do. It doesn't retain cookies and doesn't store your history, it's as if you were never on the internet in the first place. Or use a password.
Seeing how I go to /d/, I would be fucked if anyone looked at my history late at night or early in the morning.
I thought this was going to be related to time-travel, not browsers. Well, it's not really an issue for me. I'm the only one who uses this computer, and I do a pretty good job of hiding and disguising my "valuables" regardless. I never use the browser that's right on my desktop whenever I'm looking for more exotic entertainment, so it's highly unlikely that anyone will come across my browser history for that stuff.
Besides, I'm the only one in this house whose all that computer-savvy. I doubt my mom even knows what browser history is.

My connection speed will probably slow down, but apart from that, eh. The most incriminating web search is the repeated frequents to nyan cats.

Considering how open-minded and well-informed my family and friends are, if any of them ever checked my browser history they would probably react like this:
they would start off by being put off/embarrassed, only to realize that they shouldn't be surprised and possibly even relieved that there is proof that I am a normal, healthy young man. I suppose my mother wouldn't approve, but I doubt she would hold it against me.
Provided of course, that they can find any porn hidden beneath an endless mountain of "Checking up on latest video games info/ Reading webcomics/ Watching videos on Escapist and Youtube/ Various game FAQs and guides/ Random articles on Wikipedia".

I wasnt aware i could erase time as it is now. I must not be that high level of a wizard yet to not know that secret.
But more on topic... would probably just own up to it. no one goes on my comp without me knowing cause i have the password, and even then, I'd just own up to it and not care. I'm not doing anything illegal, so i have nothing to worry about.

Be perfectly fine. I'm usually the only one who uses my computer. I'll own up to whatever is in my history, or just blame StumbleUpon, saying "nah, I just stumbled there once."
People would just see lots of odd questions about awkward topics like rape for argument citations, stuff that might make me look like a stalker, and other bizarre questions that just pop into my head for no apparent reason like "Do owls have butts?"...So apart from the complete lack of porn, I'd just look like the average person. I'd be embarrassed about it, but I'd cover it up with "Yeah, let's see YOUR history."
