Beat me to it, so I guess being able to manipulate time in all ways including being able to pass through singularities and just being able to view past and future events. I could also devise a way to fly with this as i could go in an airplane, jump out, and then freeze time before I hit the ground so that I arrive unharmed.

I would do that until I have a couple million. I would then invest in stock, buying and selling my way into the trillions at which point I would invest 80% of my wealth into an international colony which would take the form of either a floating city (Oceanic) or hovering city (Fully-enclosed space station with 'elevator' tethering it to a neutral zone of some sort, where colonists, suppliers, etc could safely board and, disembark)

I think that would be a pretty good mark to leave on humanity...until the city sinks or, falls from the sky...
