What would you do if one day you found out that there is F13 button on your keyboard, it just appeared out of nowhere?
Would you press it? If so, when? (or if this doesn't work for you, what would you do if new button appeared on your joypad/handheld?)

What an uncomfortable looking keyboard! I can feel my hands crying out in agony just as I look at it!

Press it as many times as I could within a minute and then seek cover.

If nothing happens, or something boring or innocent happens (like it opens Word, or something equally innane) then I'll scream in annoyance and tear the keyboard apart.

If something bad happens, I'll blame the person next to me.

I'd replace my F12 steam community shortcut key with it, and use F12 for more HLSS sound shortcuts.

I'd press it as soon as I noticed it. That's the quickest way to figure out what a button does.

the unluckiest key on the keyboard. I would remove it by sticking an umbrella in, and opening the umbrella under a ladder.
