This, exactly this. If I liked the meat even if it was really weird I would probably still eating it. I mean in other cultures around the world pretty much every type of animal is eaten at some point. Meat is just meat. Honestly, I'd never choose to eat cat, but it happens around the world (and none too rarely) so I wouldn't totally freak on them.
