a badass looking multi weapon/tool that could turn into a claw, chaingun, shotgun, laser, missle launcher, railgun, impact hammer, searchlight, shield, flamethrower, wielding torch, freeze ray, medical surgeon multitool, xray machine, toothbrush, hypodermic needle, teloscope, gps, sonar scanner, sword, battle axe, flail, chainsaw, pencil, pen, branding iron, personal computer, ipod, watch, drill, vacum, hybrid propeller/rocket device that could be used to fly around, grappling hook, toaster, invisibility cloak generator and EVERY eating/cooking utensil known to man, including the spork, knork, spife and splayd.
this probably wouldnt fit into a mechanical hand so how about a super strong mech arm?

A deathclaw hand. If I remove my feet can I also have Deathclaw feet? OOOOOooooo! If I cut off my other hand also, can I make that into a mini gun?
I have several ideas:
#1: Replace my missing left hand by grafting my right hand to the stump and replacing THAT with a claw-hand like you mentioned. I know... totally redundant
#2: Replace with an arm cannon, like Samus. Having a gun for an arm can be pretty useful
#3: Some sort of sex toy
#4: Ghost hand
#5: a foot
