Personally, I'd probably end up singing something he liked. Which, looking at most gamers taste in music, will probably be rock or metal.
(not meaning that in an insulting way, it's just when you've got a huge multi-million dollar label/management team behind you, you tend to do everything bigger and therefore get noticed more.)

Also, since McFly started their own record label and are doing their own thing (less of the overdone manufactured pop from before), can i now call them indie?
