"Vegas Legend" from beating the campaign of RS:V on "realistic" (yea, right...)
Very frustrating to get, took me quite a while.
Also, the "Survival" achievement in that game. Basically, if you win a survival match, it is quite likely that you won't get it. So I just kept playing survival and came to love it, and then I got the achievement. I'm very proud of mastering that game mode, the psychological component was huge. That and having a shotgun.
I got "Infiltration Specialist" when I hosted a game, and everyone was lagging. So I ended the game quickly by getting the package and scooting to the helipad.
I wanted "Best of the Best", but I'm still a colonel, 100 or something odd T-hunts from eternal glory.
I got 950 gamerscore (That is, all the achievements but not "Seriously...") on Gears of War, which felt great. I got sick of the multiplayer, despite how satisfying it could be at times.
Spartan Officer feels good. I don't like all the tiny, impossible achievements in Halo 3, I've got 925/1000 and I'm probably never going to get a single point added to that total.
Hitman: Blood Money had some good achievements. There is "High Roller" (Don't buy any equipment and you'll have Five Million American Dollars after the casino level)
"Get all the guns" was a fun one to work towards, especially the tranq rifle, 552, and who could forget the M14?
Also, there was a "Public Enemy" achievement for playing the game "wrong" and turning levels into an indiscriminate bloodbath until finally, your "Notoriety" rises to 100% and people start to notice 'Hey there is a BALD KILLER CLONE with a bar code on his head'
"Get 47 Kills" was an accident, I was exploring the Southern bayou level, shot it up, shot up my target, and escaped with just the right number of kills.
The "Redemption" award comes after the best ending to a video game I've ever seen.
Acquiring the "Special Rating" achievement was fun. I got it by using a silenced sniper rifle to kill all of the security guards in the state's witness level (shot from the tree house)
In COD3, "Close Quarters Combatant" was an interesting one to get. It changed how I played so much that I got it and "Still Ticking" at the same time.
