You don't. It's a myth. While spiders do like warm, wet places, they are not dumb enough to NOT notice that that place is the mouth of a living being that is going to kill them by reflex.

That's not saying that you and i never possibly accidentially ate a spider, but it does not happen the way they want to make believe
