im currently using a samsung nc110 and its certainly a very capable machine for what you want. when i bought mine it cost £270 not sure if thats over your budget though.
Well for one thing I can tell you what is not a good netbook. Don't get the ASUS X101H-BLACK057S (by the way it cost £240).
I bought a network since I was away from home for a week but I still wanted to use the internet while I was over there. The network was fine for my basic use and once I got back home I stop using it since I had my pc.
Anyway a few weeks later when my uncle came over I show him the netbook which he had a go using it and it suddently shut off and won't turn back on (the battery was fully charge and pluging the charger did nothing).
It was a good thing that he did came over and used it since I was able to get a refurd in time (a few more days later I wouldn't get a refurd).
So yeah overall don't buy that well ok that's from my personal experience so the other ones may not suffer the same fate.
Something's got to give here, you can't have all those things for $200, unless you get really really lucky buying second-hand. I'd recommend you either increase your budget or downgrade your specs. What will you be using it for?
