What's for breakfast?

I usually have lots of fruit, but today I had eggs and bacon. With hot sauce of course. You can't have eggs without hot sauce.
Nothing.
If anything passes my lips within the first four hours immediately after I wake up, I am going to die, come back to life, be sick on everything and then die again.
Frankly I am not sure how people can even HAVE breakfast.

A proper English breakfast meself. Bacon, Sausage, Egg, Toast, some beans even though I specifically asked to not have any, and I gave my black pudding to the cat. I was still hungry, so I had some cheerios and some Sunny-D ...first time I'd had Sunny-D in years, twas good, gave me flashbacks and everything

Mmm. I loved those cheerios.
Who doesnt love Cheerios? really, they're impossible to dislike. I was really expecting to see a unanimous decision for cheerios on this thread, either that or Coco-pops. Scrambled bacon covered with bacon gravy with toast bacon, hash bacon and of course 2 slices of bacon.
Lovely SHREDDIES! Usually I make an omelette with ham, mushrooms, sometimes apple and spring onions, I just couldn't be bothered this morning and I had about 30 minutes until I had to leave. I would have the good ol' full Monty and a bowl of Cheerios (English breakfast, that is) more often, but my mum refuses to buy enough bacon for me to have some in the morning and doesn't want me to have too much fat/sugar... I think.
By the way, how come so many of you Americans have Mountain Dew for breakfast? I had it once and it was so sickly, I wouldn't want any in the morning at all.
