It's dead easy, because even if you experiment it's pretty hard to mess it up. I guess you could say it's complex? But I mean... not really. Most of the time I work off a base store bought sauce because honestly it tastes more or less fine, and as I said, I tend to turn it into something else anyway with adding other ingredients as I go. Korma is a sreally really simple base anyway. (which is probably led to my order in curry being underwhelming. I'm so used to 'doing something' with it that to get it plain was inevitably disappointing.PeePantz said:The only Indian food I've ever made was a tofu and jasmine rice in a green curried coconut sauce. It was pretty simple and slightly Thai. However, I get really intimidated with the thought of making traditional Indian cuisine. You say it's easy, but honestly, is hard or complex to make? I've always wondered.
As for dessert, cheesecake is very simple to make. I'm sure you'd find it simple if you can make dessert.
I've had it plenty of times with either one but I much prefer it with noodles. Also, that's how my mom makes it and I essentially just use her recipe. Noodles just help hold the sauce better.Gralian said:Weird, i've always had Stroganoff with rice.
