Poisen ivy, that powder that makes you itch, and anything else that causes that same feeling. Itchyness is the worst feeling ever. This one time when I broke out at hives at night in my bed and I just kind of layed there wriggling around unable to get rid of the feeling, not even by scratching, for like 2 hours before I passed out from exhaustion. Then I had a dream where I ripped all the skin off of my legs and got them to stop itching.

I would be tied to a bed or something and people would be texting right by my ears for the rest of eternity. Then every couple seconds my mouth twitches and that grinds my teeth together.
I have hypersensitive hearing and that is one sound I cannot stand. I would literally go insane. I would lose my mind.

Every night I get further and further in my favorite games, only to find in the morning that my save data is GONE!! *shudder*
My personal hell involves waiting for the bus to come in the middle of winter where I live. The bus never comes and buses constantly pass by, just not the one I need.
Stupid people. A crowded room full of angry, stupid, smelly people who can't follow instructions or understand simple rules. I would know how to escape from this hell, and to find paradise, but my hell would be spending eternity trying to get the stupid people to help me escape.
Have you seen the Twilight Zone episode about the last man on Earth. And he's happy to finally be alone with all of the knowledge and books of the world, but his glasses break and he can't see? (Though I'm sure you could manage to find some glasses, SOMEWHERE; if you are the last person on earth.)
