What's it zombifacation/being a zombie like?

Um... I was actually writing a story where the infected had to see and could comprehend what their zombified bodies were doing but could do absolutely nothing about it.

Seeemed like hte most horrible thing ever.

I think that zombifacation and Rabies would be very similar,if we were going to treat zombifacation as a virus then thats what would happen however it might also be very painfull becuase your immune system would react very heavily (and fail) and also you might also get psychological symptoms such as headaches, become very aggressive and maybe some more.

again, this is a educated guess.
