Titan Quest
Final Fantasy 9, on disc 4 though.
Psyconauts
All the X-Comm games
Dawn of War 1 and all expansions
Dawn of War 2

And a load of others that slip my mind... I was playing Red Faction after getting it ages ago on Steam and can't continue due to a glitch where a door won't open. It's not the best game, but god-damn.

You share my pain of lots of long RPGs, I see.

Good luck figuring out Unlimited SaGa. Crushed my spirit in a few hours. And I was a HUGE fan of the original.
Yes, yes I do. Ahh no I understand it perfectly though it took several hours of walkthroughs and reading other things online to help me out.

The short list:
Dead Rising 2
Fallout: NV
Diablo 3
Star Craft 2
Civilization 5
Read Dead Redemption
Oblivion
Dragon Age

I generally but games to play only when I have the time which means I get them at a very slow rate which ends up saving em money.

I recently purchased Dead Rising 2 then went back to playing Halo Reach. Then Fallout New Vegas came out. I want to finish DR2, just don't know when I'm going to.

I have many other games on my pile of shame but I've long since stopped pretending I'll find time to play them.

Oh man, I seriously need to stop getting wrapped up in new games. The older ones just sit there and rot if I get too frustrated with them.

Fallout 1, 2, and 3 (3 seriously hurts my OCD, I can only take it in small doses)
Dreamfall: The Longest Journey
Monster Rancher 4
Dead Space
Silent Hill: Homecoming
Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly
Black & White 2
Dragon Age Origins: Awakening
Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood
Zelda: Twilight Princess
Super Mario Galaxy (I only have the final boss left and i haven't even attempted him, i get so sidetracked by the stars ..)
Sonic and the Secret Rings / Sonic 4

That's about all I can remember.

Far too many. Just listing the games I've bought recently:

Amnesia: the Dark Descent
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl and Call of Pripyat
Half Life
Planescape: Torment

Add to that a lot of titles I already had. Really it'd be easier to list the games I own that I have finished.

Red Dead: Redemption.

I've heard it's pretty immense, but I had to play Medal of Honor before I got my hands on Black Ops.

OP: You'll enjoy Alundra on your backlog list. Be forewarned, there are two sections that will make you rage at your TV. If you can get past them, the game is overall enjoyable.

I just started FF8 today. I've had this game since it first came out. I've started it twice and stopped. Today I decided NO MORE. Yesterday I kicked Kingdom Hearts 2 off the backlog list. I also attempted Chain of Memories for 5 minutes, decided I didn't care for the combat system and just read the story online. Good thing I only paid 2 dollars for that game.

The rest of the backlog:

PS1
Chrono Cross
Medievil 2
Parasite Eve
Vagrant Story
Final Fantasy II

PS2
Amplitude
Frequency
Dark Cloud 2
Disgaea
Devil May Cry 2 and 3
Final Fantasy X-2
Eternal Poison
Most of the games in the Mega Man Collection
Mega Man X6 in the X collection
Persona 4
Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones
Radiata Stories
All the games in the Sega Genesis collection
Shadow Hearts 2 and 3
Tales of Vesperia
Viewtiful Joe 2 (edit: not 3, there is no 3!)
Warriors Orochi 2
Wild Arms 3
Xenosaga 2 (I'm a little afraid of this one because of what I've heard...)

DS/Advance games
Dragon Quest 5
Castlevania Circle of the Moon, Harmony of Dissonance, Aria of Sorrow, Dawn of Sorrow and the very first one
Legend of Zelda 2 (probably never, damn this game is hard)
Henry Hatsworth (this is also a good but really hard game)
Tales of Phantasia
Scribblenauts
Elite Beat Agents
Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones
Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
Final Fantasy III
Lux Pain
Gallactrix
Retro Game Challenge

I have a list of over a hundred games I want to play. Most of them are games considered "classics" or "best games ever" and their sequels/prequels. I can send it to this thread if anybody wants it.

Holy crap some of you guys buy way too many games if you can't even play them all! lol!

My backlog is pretty short.

F1 2010 (20hrs in, but currently playing New Vegas)
New Vegas (only listing it because I haven't finished it yet)
Prince of Persia (the cel shaded one - but probably won't play it)
Penumbra Requiem (loved the first 2, but probably won't go back to this one after already a couple hours in)
The Witcher (I played around 40 hrs a while back but didn't finish it. On a new PC now, might go back to it but with all the upcoming games, it's unlikely)
Minecraft (since there's no story, this isn't really a backlog but I've still got a lot to do in this fun little game)

I'll be busy with some upcoming games tho:
-Black Ops (wasn't going to buy it initially, but now it actually looks better than MW2, plus there's zombies, plus a bunch of my friends will get it)
-Fable 3 on PC
-Gran Turismo 5
-Amnesia: Dark Decent (for a slow gaming month down the road)
-The Witcher 2
-Can't think of anything else right now
