I got posters mainly; one from Futurama, one from Battlestar Galactica, the TopGear "Cool Wall" from the board game and a human anatomy poster. Apart from that I have a "Drunken Conduct" funny poster and a Pink Floyd poster near the bed wall as well.
Books, lots of damn books. I'm at over 300 now and still counting. These in a room that measures 7 foot by 6 foot and is inhabited by a 6 foot 4 person (me!)
There is literally room for me, a bed and the bookcases...

Posters of Boondock Saints, Army of Darkness, Gorillaz, Scarface, Anarchy (big A, mostly for giggles), human metabolism, Gothic 3, Darwinia, Encyclopaedia Galactica, an RPG, pathways of cancer and some others.

Uhm...a lot of posters. As in, far too many to list them all here. I can't even remember them all.
My walls are mostly bare, but I have a poster up of 'E-Cow-Nomics' - Economics explained with cows. Here's a picture:
In our living room, my housemates and I have really bad purple wallpaper (that we can't change no matter how ugly it is, because our landlord likes it), and we have four pictures done by someone in pencil of the ten of us (meant to signify friendship or something like that...) We also have a robot-shaped collage of photos of us all that we put up for a house party a few weeks back

Nothing at the moment, but when stuff does go up, it's ideas for characters, aborted webcomic story arcs, big lists of things I have to learn. I use my wall much like I use a cork board, because I don't have a cork board anymore.
