That was my thought too, what?

Particularly in the case of GOG, but also with Steam, digital distribution is how you get access to old games that are no longer in stores, and also it saves you from the hassle of scratched or lost discs. Plus, computers these days are coming without optical media. Since my main laptop bit the dust and I've been using my netbook for everything I've become even more appreciative of digital distribution.

You state this in any thread mildly related to DD, but you never back it up. If you've done it before, mind linking me to where you explain why it's so bad? I don't mean to insult you, I'm honestly interested, since I've yet to meet someone who agrees with you.
