Whats the differnce?

though pretty obviosly true I ask this whats the differnce between the eyetoy and kinect...
by the looks of things nothing but the kinect is more expensive.
So what do you think?
Note: I had an eyetoy and the look nearly exactly the same...

Yeah, I thought the same thing. It's just a slightly more advanced version.

I think maybe he is talking about the current generation of consoles.

Obviously if the Eyetoy is usable with the PS3 then you have a valid point.

If not, then I guess he could say it's not an advancement in tech during this gen.

It is with games like eyepet.

Lol the eye toy was a little cheap webcam that you can onow buy for 5 bucks. Just where ever it saw alot of movement and color it would hit or touch whatever it was you were going for. The natals (Oh wait sorry, its called the Kinect now...) actually gonna put this movement into characters...

Im not saying Im excited for the Kinect, but I'm not dreading it either. we'll see how well it handles when it gets here.
