For me, it's orange juice (Not Sunny D. I hate Sunny D). I can down an entire carton of Tropicana orange juice in a day.
Technically the acid in orange juice can harm your teeth, so it's prolly not that healthy...
And Sunny D isn't healthy at all, too many E-numbers.

I love nectarines, carrots, oranges, home-made stir fry, not-processed food with fresh vegetables, water and chicken.

Tuna, its the slowest burn carb, a great source of protien (perfect for building muscle) and it tastes orgasmic.

Heh, I can see that from your pic. It was apparently a very poor attempt at perverted humor.

Asparagus is another healthy food I like. It's a bit bitter, but with a little bit of salt and some melted butter, it tastes awesome.

My favourite thing is Greek salad. Cucumber, lettuce, black olives, feta cheese, tomatoes... it's so good in the summer.

The most brilliant thing is that the best Greek salad available in my area comes from a takeaway that mainly does pizza, kebabs and fried chicken. Sometimes they run out of feta and replace it with mozzarella from the pizzas. It's all good.

Salad, so long as it lacks mushrooms or peppers, and includes a generous helping of ranch sauce.

Ooh, ooh, and some bread, dipped in a mostly olive oil, partly balsamic vineger mixture, its Greek, greeks used to live crazy long for their time.

Pretty much any other food, if it has bbq sauce on it.

Orange juice is my favorite drink, i go through it like my life depends on it.
