I'd have to say that Golden Axe: Beast Rider was pretty dissapointing. The glitches and god-awful beast controls were so bad and frequent, it actually started to get funny. Of course this was short lived, as I then remembered I spent 50 bucks on it. *Sigh*

Samurai Warriors 2!

I spent hours on that game with a friend. It had a terrible viewing range which meant enemies appeared 5 feet in front of you, it had the slowdown and crashes of Supreme Commander and the graphics of Super Mario, but that game was so fun.
Awesomely bad my arse, that game ruled. One of the characters had a damn cannon on his back. We must have sunk so many hours into playing that game.

Can't really think of the worst game i've ever played, although i hated Baldur's gate. The story might be amazing, i don't know, i couldn't get past the control scheme and interface, they were bloody terrible. Yes, i realise someone is going to kill me for this.

Oh man.. the most awesomely bad game I've played..
Deception 3: Dark Delusion for the PS. That game was so poorly translated that is amazing.. Every enemy has an individual name, and a little bio. One of the bios reads something like "A sadist who has turn to masochism."
Not to mention its really awesome gameplay and can be quite tough at times.

Another awesomely bad game is Bugs Bunny's Crazy Castle on NES.. Oh the memories.

I'm Gonna Say Tales Of Symphonia on the GameCube picked it up randomly pre-owned and absolutely loved it. It was a ridiculously cartoony JRPG but the story however linear and cliched was actually quite compelling and contained lots of twists and turns. The characters had some dept (not alot but far more then expected). the combat was mediocre but original and at least not term based.

I lent it to a handful of friends and only 1 enjoyed it as much as me the rest said it sucked balls.

Saints Row 2. I was standing next to a bin, and a fat prostitute, with the caption, press E to pick up trash bag.
Also, you can be the joker.

The Alone in the Dark demo, which was really representative of the game as a whole. It wanted to be good so badly that it ended up sabotaging everything that made it decent in the first place. It's like Yahtzee said- who knew the developers of this game would actually take their inspiration from the Uwe Boll movie of the same name.

It's got to be Elite Beat Agents. The game oozes with kitsch, the premise is unbelievably retarded and yet it's addictive and almost nice to play.

South Park. Gameplay was pretty boring, and the legions of turkeys in the first few levels aren't really motivating for what's to come.

On the other hand, the weaponry was awesome. A chicken that shoots eggs, as your sniper rifle. Terrence & Philip dolls as grenades. In the PC version, the alt fire for snowballs, was peeing on a snowball, then tossing it. A toilet plunger gun, of which the plungers stick to whatever you've shot it at, and you can fetch and reuse the ammo for it that way.

It's not even a mediocre game, altogether pretty bland and boring. But nevertheless so goddamn awesome.

50 Cent: Blood on the sand

So so bad it's actually brilliant because it KNOWS its stupid and it gleefully embraces the fact.

I have to say Noby Noby Boy. The game is bad if you look at it when you just finished playing Killzone 2 but it's just so awesome at the same time.

Well you see, i don't mean bad mechanically, it plays very well as a gears style shooter, i mean with regards to its content and the sheer ridiculous nature of 50 cent running through the middle east shooting everything that moves in order to get back his diamond skull... IO mean that's just genius in its stupidity.

Firewarrior hands down. I made the mistake of reading the book first and then playing the game. On top of that I play the miniatures game as well so that just added to it. Still, an okay FPS shooter.

So awesomely shitty.
Good game too!
Dude what are you talking about. I mean sure the graphics are below 360 standards, sure the AI is silly, sure the game is still filled with bugs, sure your character animations are pretty wonky(Jumping and turning is hilarious). But I mean common with the amount of levels, difficulties and sheer amount of weapons you get not to mention grinding for HP. It's a pretty awesome game for 19.99. Had way more fun with that than Fable II.

If your looking to make awful games good; try lots of energy drink and playing Pit Fighter. If you don't have a seizure you should at least see how laughably bad it is.

Anyone who has said anything but Pit Fighter for this, hasn't played Pit Fighter.
Go youtube it!
