Mine (not that I use Itunes) would be Rise Against - Drones. Mainly because it's a damn good song as well as being my girlfriend's favourite.
Wow, nice, that is my fourth song on my list with a nice little 504 plays (not including skips that occur right at the end of the song, which account for maybe 30 or so plays not arising.)
My top one is Rise Against- Prayer of the refugee (823 plays). Why? I dunno, i just love it alot i guess. Because its outro is the intro to Drones, the two songs play seemlessly together quite nicely and are frequently played together because of that nice little effect.

I'm Designer- Queens of the Stone Age with 63 plays.
Second is Turnin' On the Screw - Queens of the Stone Age with 50 plays.
I bet people can't guess what one of my favorite albums is.
argh, R, lullabies to paralyze & Songs for the Deaf are so much better. 3's and 7's is amazing though:D
Yeah, but Era Vulgaris was my first album of theirs, so I am more attached to it and have had more time to play it.

Umm... I'd rather not say...

Rock you like a Hurricane by The Scorpions closely followed by S.O.S. by ABBA.
scorpions are amazing.
The... other band is not. The Scorpions are a bit too much Hair Metal-y for me usually.

'John the Fisherman' by Primus, closely followed by 'Carry Me Home' by The Living End - the reason being I've had both of those songs on my ipod since Guitar Hero 2 came out :p

Believe-The Bravery.

I know, I know, but I'm still working on rebuilding my library since my last crash, and I've been using Youtube a lot more often lately, too. Rest assured, it will be a Foo Fighters song soon enough.

I'll be the awesome nerdy type and admit that it's the Wind Garden song from Super Mario Galaxy. One of the more epic soundtracks ever, surprisingly enough, and it's good to fall asleep to... which is pretty much the only reason it has more plays than [i/]To Zanarkand[/i] (Final Fantasy X) and [i/]Blue Bird[/i] (a Naruto Shippuuden opener).

I actually have a 3 way tie at 127 plays per song.

Searching for a Former Clarity - Against Me!
Dirty Diana - Michael Jackson
Runnin' with the Devil - Van Halen

(Halo by Beyonce happens to be next at 118 plays so to whoever mentioned that, I'm in the same boat lol)

Sympathy for the Devil by the Rolling Stones. Great song by one of the three best things to ever come out of England.

Whoa, I assumed that thread title was some witty satire, people actually use itunes for purposes outside of updating their ipod...weird :S

My most played song (since I reformatted) is 'All along the watchtower' cover by Hendrix. God damn reformatted me has an awsome taste in music, it's closely followed by Dire Straights 'Brothers in arms'

Lost realist by Trapt. Such an underrated band.
Tied with it at 76 are Eurodancer, The Motions-mathew west, and Last Train Home-Ryan Starr
