What's the problem with this exchange?

Y: it was meant in a matter of fact way, you knew what you were doing regardless of mental conditions
Y: quick to snap on people that you were friendly with the day before

Y: one day you could be following the rules, and the very next insulting people left and right and being disrespectful
Y: but you knew you were doing it
Y: and knew it was wrong

What's the problem with it? I don't know? I assume you're talking to a moderator who has banned people because they have mental instability? So what? Moderators have the right to ban whoever they want from their websites - and it is up to the community as to whether or not they will put up with it.
