The original Doom. I even still own the original pink shareware disc that I first originally played it on. I redid Knee Deep In The Dead like 500 times before actually getting the full game.
The game is still amazing and with so many fan made levels and mods, it never gets old. It is still easily my favorite FPS.

Oldest would be 1993 DOOM, but close runners up are X-COM Ufo Defense from 1994 and The Elder Scrolls: Arena from 1994. DOS still holds some of my favourite games, which i still play on a fairly regular basis.
