My English 110 professor from college was terrible. She didn't even seem to enjoy the subject and she questioned why I was majoring in English as well. She said that I should switch majors because it wasn't right for me. That is a horrible thing to say to a first semester freshman. I proved her wrong though seeing as I teach it now.

My least favorite teacher was my college intro to theater teacher. The class description was something along the lines of "you will learn to write screen plays, direct presentations and learn about the theater."
I don't think this guy read this description because we spent every, and I mean every, class watching a movie. They were bad movies too.
He also would not stop bringing up the fact that he was gay. I don't care what people do in there own bed rooms but you don't have to go around telling every one.
There, sorry if this was a bit ranty.

When I was in 10th grade, I had a teacher for some kind of off the wall home economics class who came in drunk every day. She stumbled around class, stuttered and slurred when speaking, all the good stuff. We all used to joke around about her being drunk, figuring she just had some kind of inner ear problem or something - until the day she spilled her mug on a kid's books. It stunk up the whole one side of the room. She kept a bottle of fruitopia in her desk drawer that looked from afar as if it was filled with water...

She ended up taking an unexplained leave of absence shortly afterward...

Worst teacher I have ever had was in 5th grade. She singled me out because I was fat, then she would mock me in class. At my parent teacher conference told my mother that I was stupid and that I would not amount to anything. She dragged me up in front of the and told everyone that I would be a good for nothing criminal. Then she cleaned out my locker, backpack and desk right in front of the class because she thought that I had brought a gun to school. Because of her I nearly had to repeat the 5th grade. I hate that fucking *****.
Wow bummer man, hope karma gets her.

My worst teacher would have to be my computer class teacher. Its not really his fault but its the fact that because of the lack of students(small school, and jock retards) we didnt have enough students for a class so we had multiple classes at once. Lets just say I spent more time browsing the web then using photoshop.

my second grade teacher, I spent all summer of my first grade year, learning my multiplication and division tables, along with learning to write in cursive. When I showed her my progress, she promptly threw my work away and said... "We're not learning this stuff now." .......T_T

My spanish teacher from spanish 1... 2... and 3. I got the luck of the draw of getting her three years in a row. She had been teaching for years but sucked at it in my opinion. I think I know as many conjugations as a college student taking his second year but i don't know any real spanish. When i went to spanish four i asked her, my new teacher, just how important conjuagtion was and she said we will barely touch anything past past present and future. I had learned at least 10 other forms of conjugation along with the special rules for a lot of words but i don't know how to speak more than a couple sentences of spanish after three years.

Probably my current CPS teacher. She is Russian, can't speak 'eengaleesh' worth a damn, and poorly words every damn assignment. It was a semester long course and we barely got to recursive loops and structures...

You know what? Here's a quote from the final project, you guys ready for this?

"For both program below, you send me the code the recursive functions in the main program for this. please comment with dignity."

I feel like I'm being taught by a Nigerian e-mail scammer.

My physics/chemistry teacher last year sucked at teaching, he hardly explained anything and he had a thick indian accent so we couldn't understand him at all, I only passed because our assignment required us to work in pairs and my friend is a genius.

One of my old English teachers back at my old school left, not sure why but there'd been rumours for ages beforehand that she'd seduced a Sixth Former at her previous school. Also, we apparently had a convicted paedophile as a Design teacher while our regular teacher was on maternity leave. One guy teaching us mechanics (Particle Dynamics for my fellow university Maths students) in Maths decided the only way to teach vectors and motion of particles was to throw a pen around the classroom. He was crap, basically. His successor taught us things in the wrong order by giving us work to do on topics we knew nothing about, and we almost all failed that module at A-Level. Finally, my GCSE ICT teacher was responsible for marking my coursework and then sending it to the exam board for moderation, so he effectively had complete control over my GCSE grade. He hated me and always marked me down, yet I still managed to get an A because I was that good at the written exam. He seemed pretty surprised when he found out what grade I'd got, incidentally... :)

Yeah, I've had my fair share of crap teachers. Oh, and my Applied Maths tutor this year at university was absolutely appalingly bad. Ironically he's also my Personal Tutor so I couldn't complain to anyone because I'd basically be filing the complaint with the accused, which kind of defeats the point of filing a complaint with your Personal Tutor...

EDIT: Almost forgot, I actually threatened to hit my old Games teacher with a hockey stick back in Year 8... I can't remember it but my friends have never let me live it down xD

In high school I had an English teacher who obviously didn't care about her job.

For her "review sessions" the day before a test, she would go over ALL of the multiple choice questions on the test and give us the right answers. All I did was write down the right answers and spend 5 minutes memorizing them. When I took the test, I didn't even read the question. I just looked for the answers I recognized and I got almost every single one.

There was also an essay part of each test. I had the sneaking suspicion that she didn't actually read them and only graded on length. So towards the end of the year when I knew I could fail the test and still pass, I started and ended the essay talking about the book. But in the middle, I talked shit about her (because she was really bitchy) and said that it didn't matter what I wrote because I knew she wasn't going to read this anyway.

I got an A.

My 9th grade Math teacher could not teach for shit. I you already knew what you were doing in math it was fine but if you didn't understand something you were shit out of luck. If you asked him for help even if it was just to clarify something about a problem he'd just hand you a list of tutors and say use them. On days that the teacher wasn't there the sub was instructed to have us copy definition out of the dictionary.

Failed that class with a 38%, took it in summer school and passed it easily. It really helps when the teachers just explain how to do the problems instead of expecting you to know how to do equations which they are supposed to teach you.

One of my most hated teachers was my high school art teacher. He used to single me out because I was from a different area of the town to the rest of the class. He used to accuse me of setting off fire alarms and said people from my area talk weird.

Another was my art history teacher from college because she lost half of everyones work in the class and marked us down for it. My friend was especially pissed off because she lost her sketchbook and failed her.

Most of the teachers I had were pretty mediocre and uninspiring (I dont blame them, they get paid fuck all) but easily the worst was my IT teacher who was an enormous dickhead, an oaf and all round scumbag.
It didn't surprise me when he got suspended for coming back to school from lunch half drunk and groping a students titty.
What an asshole.
