Whenever I'm tired, or think I should be in bed. Weekdays I go to bed around 10pm-12midnight, weekends it tends to be 11pm-1am.
If it's getting near 2am, I'll go to bed, sleepy or not. Usually happens if I'm massively stressed - tend to lose interest in sleep when that happens.
