I love character focused art, often just one character doing one thing. Landscapes and that stuff is too scattered, even full cast wallpapers are a bit much. I like it kind of simple y'know? I technically have two since I have a desktop and laptop, might as well post the other one

Space Pirates And Zombies 2 is the only game I'm looking forward to this year, so I have some wallpaper the devs released.

I was using this before, obviously I dropped it for the first one because it's way too busy to be a wallpaper.

It's 90% sci-fi space wallpapers which are slowly (and manually) alternated between.

Right now its this one (on both screens):

I love sci-fi space wallpapers! Although my current wallpaper isn't sci-fi. It's this;

My favourite game of all time! So excited it's being remade!

I always forget to cycle through mine. And I don't like setting it to do it automatically because it freaks me out when I see the colour change in the top of my browser.

I haven't added any new backgrounds since the last time we had a thread like this (I wanted to use some screenshots from Space Engineers, but I can't figure out how to disable crosshairs and they just ruin the shots) so I'll just toss up my favorite background.

Still the same one that I had for a couple of years now

When it come to wallpaper, I have a very picky requirement-
It got to have a dark background so I can see my icons clearly.
The left side of the wallpaper has to be clear or not too detail as that is where my icons located
The overall wallpaper can't be too simplistic (otherwise I would of used the MLP:FiM cutie marks wallpapers by now) but also not too detail so inbetween.

Bare in mind that my resolution is 1980 X 1080 so there aren't that many good wallpaper in that size compared to the smaller ones.

Mine is on an every changing list. I think I'm up to four hundred now that change every thirty seconds. I have things from Warhammer, video games, fantasy, scifi, cyberpunk, even Cthulhu. I'll just grab the first four.

I always love these threads. I always walk away with a few new wallpapers.
Holy smokes, if those are just the first random 4 to come up, I'd kill to see your whole collection.

OT: I have a rotation of about 200 so I'll do like Elfgore and just post the first 4

It is now, and always has been, solid black.
I don't need pictures distracting me from my icons. I suppose I could make some neat graphic to fit around the icons but it's such a bother and I don't really care.

It was just a stock background with a band name on it. But I got self-conscious about it after seeing this thread and changed it to something from Me!Me!Me!

I have no idea where the red outline came from since it wasn't in the image, but hell, it doesn't look too terrible. Maybe.

On my previous laptop I had a few hundred game and tv-show related wallpapers shuffling every few seconds.

On my current one I have this, since I recently got into SS2:

It's been this fine piece of Starcraft fan art for awhile now.
I really like some of the details, particularly the shock-wave from the cannon punching through the rain. I may change it though as it's a bit busy when my desktop fills up a little bit. Sometimes it can be hard to pick out the right icons through that.
