Family has been in America since the 1640's.
Mix of everything.
Everyone in my family has blonde or red hair and hazel eyes,
whatever that means.

Swiss-Canadian. Including citizenship. Although I believe I have some Polish and German far down the line, I identify only with the Swiss-Canadian.

100% Coruscantian

A more serious answer would be German/Danish, I'd really like to get my genome analyzed though so I can be even more sure, not that it matters. I'd rather know about any diseases I am affect by or am carrying.
You're Coruscanti? I'm 100% Alderaanian! Oh.

But in reality, I'm 100% Filipino. Is it obvious from my profile pic?

Lets see, I'm Caucasian. I live in America, and I'm 25% German, 25% Czech, 25% Irish, 25% Mixed European. (I may be a bit off on the percentages, but it's pretty close to that)

Does English Canadian count as an ethnicity in the same way as French Canadian? If so, that. Converted to Judaism though, so it's all Jew now.

Canadian with Swedish, British, Scottish, and Irish. Many of these nations are not in the world cup. Very disappointing.

I'm a German/Italian hybrid. I have the German physique and the Italian skin tone, so I don't really get sun burn all that often.

*looks around* wait, where's all the Asians? I'm 100% Vietnamese.

I'm also VERY ugly, this will only be disproven when someone's actually willing to go out with me.

I'm almost every kind of European (my ancestors were busy), Cherokee, and Arab. Because of the whole White Arab thing I tend to refer to myself as a warab (pronounced: were-ab). Some people find it funny, most kind of give me a blank look, it can be depressing.
