Extra Credit hands down, used to be Zero Punctuation but Extra Credit is pretty much amazing. Not saying that ZP is bad

Doomsday Arcade, easily. To me it was just brilliant in way it presented ironies, puns and sarcasm in a game- like plot. Also, when a friend of mine turned up to my new years party with the tie from the main guy I blew a geek fuse and was bouncing for joy..

Then Zero punctuation, cause the random analogies used in it are applicable for daily life sometimes.
