GERTY is definitely a memorable one. He's like a more benevolent version of HAL-9000.

Still, I'd have to go with HAL due to his dichotomous personality. He's cold and calculating, yet at the same time is terrified of deactivation (similar to how people fear death).

Yeah it's a great movie, and for half the time I was expecting GERTY to go all HAL on us and start messing shit up, it was a nice little twist that he WAS good all along

Any of the Minds from the Culture books by Ian Banks.

I prefer the drones that accompany the characters within the book like Mawhrin Skel in Player of Games, the minds seem too advanced intellectually for me to begin to like or dislike them
