I suppose that I wouldn't want to admit to someone I just met that I can enjoy a good shounen-ai romance anime just as much as a good regular romance anime. Granted there aren't that many good shounen-ai anime out there, most are far to rape-y with that uke-seme dynamic. But there are some decent ones like Junjou Romantica or Gravitation. But I've found there are several pretty good shounen-ai manga stories. Seven Days was a pretty good read as was Cafe Latte Rhapsody which was really sweet and cute. I dunno, people may think that's weird as I'm a heterosexual male, but to me a good romance is a good romance whether it's between a male and female or two dudes.
Two things. I can't openly admit to either of these in public.
My Little Pony is one, and I can't say I like it because I will either be a man child who likes a kids show or a clopper in the eyes of everyone. I initially was part of the hatedom until I viewed some of the cuter art (I'm a sucker for adorable stuff) and I eventually watched the show, and after gettign part the first 2 episodes, I enjoyed them.
Queen's Blade is another, which is arguably worse, and I can't say anything because I'll be a pervert. (Though I do like it for the characters. They are likable, but I wish they'd put on some goddamn clothes.)
I also thoroughly enjoy OST remixes of games. To some, I have no taste in music. To me, I have a good taste.

So, only a few people know this, because I live with them/share Netflix with them, but whenever I'm in a certain kind of mood, I'll grab whatever ice cream we have in the freezer, plop down in a pile of blankets on the couch, and watch all the episodes of Say Yes to the Dress that are on Netflix.

Sports animes... I have a thing about people, and series that are involved in things that I'm not a part of. So, yeah. I actually really enjoy those.

There is no such thing as a guilty pleasure. Just a person who can't admit it sucks. If somebody won't hang out with you because you do something that might be considered out of the norm, then fuck them. I still play Pokemon. All my friends know I play it. I have all 151 Pokes from gen one hanging in my bathroom on a giant poster.
