There's some very important similarities as both are pretty significant events that occur while you're incapable of giving consent. As mentioned in the article surgery which is arguably more dangerous requires lower levels of consent to sex in Canada.

Even if it is illegal in the nation of the poster, it doesn't make it morally or ethically wrong. Sodomy was illegal in Texas up into 2003. Laws are ever changing to accommodate new and different situations.

Boyfriend likes having sex initiated on him while sleeping, gives informed, capable and voluntary consent. I can't see the problem.

Well, if she is his gf and its consensual, its also alright, just like everything two (or more) people do together that both agree to, as long as its legal.
