My entire life so far has pretty much been gap years, I really don't want to go to college or get a job quite yet, but I do really want to do something, backpacking around Europe is too cliche, plus I've already lived in Europe for 6 years, gotta think of something cool to do.

Go for it. Pick up a few philosophy texts on the way (I recommend Mill, On Liberty) and decide what you feel passionate about.
