It always bothers me when I see people not finish their food. I mean come on people, if you weren't that hungry, you shouldn't have ordered so much
Sometimes I do this unintentionally and I end up feeling guilty for doing it. Like the other day, when I was out with some friends and one friend had to be home at a certain time, but for some reason "we" decided to go to a chinese buffet 15 minutes before she had to be home. I tried to say that it was a bad idea, but they wanted chinese food, so my logic fell on deaf ears. Needless to say, I didn't even finish my first plate before I was being dragged out the door, paying $10 for less than half of what I intended to eat.
I swear, I think my Dad gave me some kind of eating disorder when I was younger. He would always yell at me for leaving food on the plate, or not eating my meat/vegetables. Nowadays, if there's food in front of me, I HAVE to eat it. Like, if there is food on my plate/on the table, I will always be hungry. This was a problem where I used to work where you had your breakfasts/dinners catered. The cooks would always pile food on your plate, way more than was necessary... and I devoured..nay..INHALED it all. I gained like 20 pounds in my first few months.
As for what annoys me in the first world:
DVD/Bluray subtitling on some movies... Whenever somebody speaks a different language in a movie, and you have no idea what they're saying unless you manually turn on subtitles... And then the subtitles are on for the entire movie... very annoying. There was a movie I watched a while ago that did this, and the first five minutes was two guys having a conversation in Russian... five minutes goes by and I'm like, "Well, what the fuck is going on?"
If it's a movie in English, then ffs, just put in subtitles for any foreign languages.
