I probably spelled that wrong, but whatever, heres mine:
I have two actually, once I was playing X3 and doing Bala Gi in my Krait, and I accidentally smacked into one of my 2 scouts while it was undocking, but since I was halfway to the gate which was about 210Km away from the other one and getting shot at, I couldn't just jump out to replace it, it really gave me a "behind enemy lines" feeling.
My better one was when I was playing Hl2 during the strider battles, I had gotten to the top of that one building, and the striders were patrolling, I was about to pop out and shoot one but just then I heard the Singularity Cannon charging, and then an explosion and the famaliar deaf-ringing sound, as I turned around I saw that the wall that I had been hiding behind no longer existed. The whole section was awesome.
A random addition: Twat Moments
I was killing my first strider, and had been told to go to the base across the square, but I couldn't find it, so I ran around picking up dead people's RPGs before I had run around for about 10 minutes and found the base, at which point the strider died almost instantly.

Beating the final boss in Mega Man 7, Mega Man X1, or Mega Man X3. Also, playing a friend in an online match of Starcraft.

The entire last hour or so of Mass Effect. Basically. Everything from the landing on Ilos to the end.

My friend and I where playing Perfect Dark on the N64, he got to the end of that level where you have to kill all of the female body guards at Data Dyne. He gets to the room where the lights go out and you have to nail this one person/console(I'm not sure which). The thing is, he wasted almost all of his CMP150 ammo on the guards and only had ONE BULLET LEFT. The room is pitch black and he takes the shot with this one bullet, it may have been divine intervention, perhaps my friend was just that uber l33t, or maybe just plain dumb luck, but whatever it was it allowed my friend to nail his target with the ONE magic bullet to finish the level. My parents though one of us was having a seizure when the heard all of the screaming.

That part is punishing on the highest difficulty because if you don't nail those guards super-quick they turn you inside out and you have to start all over again. Also, as you said, the CMP150 is very light on ammo at that point. My parents heard screaming too alright, but they were screams of rage!

This was after getting the whole Holy Crusader armour set on oblivion. After quest was done I had a bunch of bright faced youngsters wanting to follow me around. After hours of being a holy angel I was sick of it and needed to do something fun. Making sure i saved, I recruited a young'in to come along to do evil things. After brutally murdering a few innocents selling horses the town guards decided to come investigate. After a bloody showdown with a small group of them me and the final guard (the bright faced youngster fell in battle) were standing stationary exchanging bloody sword blows to the end. Then due to my evil deeds my holy armour had been taketh away. Now armed with about 3 health points, standing all but naked with a bow, I scampered away to a nearby bush. The guard sought nearby cover, himself being a hit away from bloody death. We both ran from cover to cover unable to land the final arrow. Then with my last arrow, I leaped around from behind a tree and fired, the arrow taking him in the throat while his corpse completes a full backflip from the impact. I cheer in triumph and reload the save and go back to being a good little adventurer.

Prolly a few CoD4 runs where MacMillan was saying to compensate and I said "Fuck that" and just fired approximately where the bullet would hit. And it did work.

Final level, maximum difficulty, Elite Beat Agents.

Struggling to make it through those last few phrases, then seeing that spinner come up, signalling that you're almost there and all you have to do is spin really freakin' fast for about five or ten seconds and you've got it...

Damn, what a finish.

I was really exhilarated playing Pilot Wings for my SNES back in the day. If was the first flight game I ever played, and it happened to come a week after my first ride in a plane, so I was really psyched.

In Rome: Total War, being massively out-numbered, finding a solid defensive position on a hill, getting the enemy units to route, then riding them down with my horse reserves. Feels so good I want to give up pacifism.

For a more recent experience, the level "All Ghillied Up" in CoD4 to the point where you fire the sniper rifle was really exciting. Sneaking under trucks, hiding the the grass, taking that one perfect shot. That level made the game for me.

Phoenix Wright: Justice For All.
Last trial's climax. I can't really say much cause it would spoil the case, but...it really gets to you. Probably one of the best cases in the series.

Portal.
"Rest assured you will not die of a harmful equipment malfunction before your victory candescence"
That moment was pure magic for me. It almost makes me sad when i hear about people who didn't make it past the fire on the first go, because that was the MAGIC for me! I didn't feel like i was playing portal when that happened, i felt like a very scared person being guided into a pit of flame by a malevolent voice-over. A quickload would have totally ruined it for me.

My other most exhilarating moment (you actually spelt it right by the way!) was my personal-record breaking 25-kill spree in team fortress 2. I felt like fucking rambo.

No, that basically pissed me off to no end. It felt contrived and crap even by the standards of the Phoenix Wright series.

Facing down and beating Manfred von Karma in the first game was so much more satisfying.

Add shooting down the gunship to that.
That machine caused so much pain...
