I just create my own ringtones out of songs in my iTunes Library (current phone is an iPhone), and switch it every month or so to keep it fresh. I do, on the other hand, tend to use mostly metal for said feat, since it works at getting my attention right away (unless it's on vibrate, which is the case while I'm at work).

Currently? The opening 30 seconds of "Break the Silence" by Killswitch Engage.

Mine is the Farnsworth ringtone from Warehouse 13. It's very distinctive, and attention grabbing so I know it's my phone that's ringing.

Only problem is whenever I watch the show I keep on thinking someone's calling me.

When it's not on vibrate, Pokemon RBY battle music for calls and Zelda's Chest Opening music and "Ta Da!" bit for texts. I think it's from Majora's Mask.

Before that Battle Royale by Does It Offend You, Yeah? was for everything.

I always wanted to know where I could the Zelda "Opening Chest" sound.
