Unfortunately smoking cigarettes. I started once I got to college because of the stress, and for a while it really helped with it. Now it's just a disgusting habit that I'm trying to kick

I sleep too much in the middle fo the day. The worst thing is that if I try and compensate for it by sleeping more at night I wake up feeling like shit.

This. It's hard trying to sleep at night and change your body clock after you sleep in the day. The past to nights I have been up since 4.00pm to 8.00am. I say to myself that I will just stay up and then fall asleep at a better time but I can never manage it.

This probably doesn't fit into this topic but I love having dreams. At the moment I am trying to have more because even if they are bad I still love them. I am also trying to have "Lucid Dreams" if you don't know what they are you should look them up but basicly they are dreams where you realise you are dreaming and can then have influence and then experience your dream as if you were awake. I've only had it once and I'm hooked on having some more. It's like having a really good mind f**k. The only problem is that I don't dream often.

Haha my sleep pattern isn't that bizarre. I still do from (about) 12-1 AM through to 7-8. I normally only need like an hour or so nap during the day, but it tends to hit me like a brick at around 5.30 in the afternoon, which is a bit poor if I'm still at work.

I've heard about lucid dreams, but the only reasons I could come up with for pursuing them was for sexual fun dreams or to try and experience flying. I didn't think either experience would be the same in lucid form.
