Most games have a little mini game in them, abd sometimes it can be enjoyable, and sometimes...not, but if you were to tell how thought of them in general, what would it be?

I concider them a waste actually. I'll take Ratchet and Clank as an example. In Tools of Destruction there are at least 5 different mini games all that serves no purpose but to delay you, and generally frustrate you when you have to do them over and over agian.

What mini games are those?
The hacking and geo mod ones?
Those things have been there since the first R&C and were implemented so that you couldn't just go up to a door and have it open immediately. I mean you're supposed to be hacking, shouldn't there be some sort of challenge? Least they aren't the same thing over and over again.

I think mini games are alright, so long as an entire game isn't based around them (minus Warioware, just because of the insanity).

A mini-game here and there aren't so bad. If done correctly; it can be fun. I like the Marvel Ultimate Alliance one in Arcade's level where you play Pitfall with your character.
If the mini-game is bad and the game is good I can forgive the mini-game.

I'm not sure on the point of mini games myself.

As far as I know they do nothing to affect the end result of the game (aside from your "100% Completion") and at the end of the day, a waste of time on the developers and on some users that would of bought games such as WarioWare if they wanted mini games.

Depends. If they're optional additions to help distract you from the game, I enjoy them. I don't like games that use mini-games as gameplay lengthening schemes though.
