Off-topic, but grats on getting a job! Does this mean we're likely to see less of you now?Daystar Clarion said:Well I start at a new job tomorrow.
I'm cycling there and back, about 4-5 miles each way.

I'm that way lately too, though I had gained a lot of weight and only recently came off an insane amount of exercise daily (after a week my abs still feel like fire.) and I'm now at a steady and healthy 12 stone 4 pounds. Still losing too thanks to hiking a lot and eating much better than I used to. Also a lot less booze.corvuscorrax said:My workouts are not traditional or on a schedule for that matter.
I love go power hiking to the top of a beautiful trail, enjoy the sights upon arrival, and then blast down the mountain in a spectacularly dangerous fashion.
Nothing gets my blood pumping like that.
Im blessed to live near a good number of not only awe-inspiring but physically challenging mountain trails.

Nah, as you get used to cycling you wont break a sweat or whatever. I used to cycle 16 miles and back multiple times a week (32 miles in total, i live in a small town near our capital where i need to go). Only times i got a bit sweaty was when there was a lot of frontal wind or when i was wearing clothes to shield me from rain.Dags90 said:Won't that mean you'll show up to work all sweaty and gross? Or are there showers at your new job?Daystar Clarion said:Well I start at a new job tomorrow.
