Questionnaires are often set up with an age question -

i.e. Are you: 12 and under, 12-18, 18-25, 25-30, 30-40, 40 and over?

But is it true that everyone goes through periods of change at certain ages?

Now that I'm older I can look back and see some definitive periods in my life -

0 - 15 : Complete unawareness
5 - 15 : Learning
15 - 22 : Freedom and enjoyment
22 - 28 : Struggling with independence
28 - 33 : Searching for purpose
33 - 36 : Utterly depressed
37 - : Financially secure

How would you divide up your life by age? Does everyone go through changes at 12, 18, 25, 30, 35 and 40? Or have you been the same person since you were 17?

errrrrrmmmmmm...

well I'm 18 right now so I think its a tad early to start considering my entire life just yet :p

I consider myself to have become more self aware around 14-15 though, and I've noticed a significant amount of increase in mental maturity these past years too.

Well... I really don't remember a lot. I guess my first clear memories are from the age of like 12ish, I guess I had fun but school was always boring for me. Through the age of 14 to 15 I went out at every oportunity and was pretty social and enjoyed myself but through the ages of 16 to 17 (current age) I don't even leave the house anymore. I suddenly just lost interest in everything; I don't make an effort to go out and meet people, I'm content to just stay at home alone all day... I don't know what happened. College is out for Summer here in the UK and the only time I've been out is on driving lessons. I'm starting to wonder if I should be concerned...

0-6 Wonderful ignorance.
7-12 Unserious and not doing much with life.
13-15 Starting to get a deeper perspective on my life, minor depression, individualism growing, as well as having my cynicism grow strong.
15+ No idea, it will probably be filled with hate, anger, and guns. In a game, that is.
