The Meat Circus level in Psychonauts.

I never knew I was capable of such obscenities before I played that level.

Persona 3 FES.
Heavy The Answer spoilers coming up here.
Yukari, and her decision to want to go back to the past. Okay, that itself was fine, but the way she said it, by insulting everyone and acting like a little baby just going I WANT THAT KEY I WANNA GO SEE HIM WAAH WAAH WAAH
So glad I could beat the shit out of her.

I have only one, and only one. Some know what it is, others do not. All who knew assaulted me for having an opinion and for allowing a game to have an emotional impacted on me that was different from theirs. Something that is supposed to happen in the first place when you plug into one. Does it make me angry now? No. Did people have anything to do with that outcome? Fuck no. Am I going to say what it is? I do not think so. U-Mad?

But seriously if you want to know just politely ask and I will politely tell under the condition you can let someone have an opposing opinion.

Every. Single. Boss in Megaman X4.

That and the horrible voice acting made me rage and completely quit that game.

The "Papa Oscar Whiskey" mission in Vietcong. It was the last time a game had me yelling obscenities at my computer at the top of my voice.

In majora's Mask, I was playing through the last dungeon (the one where you have to flip the castle over) and had FINALLY made it to the boss monster (it was arguably the hardest dungeon in the game) and....the game froze up. At first i didn't know how to react. I just sat there' motionless. after i came to, I immediately began to chew my own face off. And to top it all off, it happened a second time.

Well, Super Metroid made me angry, but in a good way. Fucking Crocomire, man. You know *how* to kill him, but actually doing it is the hard part. Or for a more recent example, Letho in the Witcher 2 - he's basically karmic retribution for quen spam haha. But I like games that do stuff like that - makes your eventual victory that much more awesome.

EDIT:

Take any part of Sonic 2006 after the first level, and there you go. And that first level was far from flawless itself.

World of Warcraft, and those F*cking frost mages ccing me every four seconds (WoW Jargon)

Also, Mass effect 2 on Insane and Hardcore mode, as when a flame thrower so much as touches me Shepard begins to fail around and then die.
I stopped playing when Blizzard put my Feral on "an even playing field with everyone else"... wow ok, so now frost mages are OP on EVERY single class. GREAT.

Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer.

Ugh.

Also, Brink, and its terrible AI.
I LOVE playing against quickscopers!
I especially love when it shows the game winning killcam in S&D, where he shoots in the general direction of my body, it misses by about 2 body lengths, but the game tells me that it went between my eyeballs, fucked my heart, and teabagged the back of my head as it said "U MAD BRO?!"
But I fucking love playing against a douchebag that empties his EMBR over my head as I quickly go prone and blow his brains out with my AK.

Super Smash Bros Melee. Trying to get the Majora's Mask trophy. The f*cking AI, despite it being a FREE FOR ALL match, would all gang up on me and edge guard. It was so cheap.
I like to think the computer gangs up on me so they have a chance, and/or because I have alot of lives while they have none. But it has happened alot where I have 2 lives, they have 5 (cuz they've been on my ass THE WHOLE GAME, and its suddenly not even ffa anymore. I love playing Brawl where someone will get their final smash, and come STRAIGHT for me, dodge, FUCKING DODGE, everyone else, and kill me as many times as they can...

Also, just gonna throw in Starfox 64 because I fucking hate Slippy sooooooooooo much.

Final Fantasy 7

I was angry when Aeris died. Not because of any emotional attachment to the character, I was angry because it was a blatant shock death. I actually remember saying to my brother "I can't believe this, nobody can be so stupid to think that this is going to be a huge plot twist, I expect people going up in arms over this piece of garbage." years later when I got internet, I was sorely dissapointed.

Well I was about to rage today when playing Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines, I decided to create a tank character, so I arrive at Giovanni mansion and kill everyone with my bare hands. After I finish my massacre, I try looking for a key to open a locked door, but looks like the only way to open it it's either lockpicking it (I don't have the necessary skill) or asking someone for the key (I guess smashing her into a pulp doesn't count). So I'll have to reload and do it again in a more peaceful un-character like way.

Soul Reaver, the many rooms in Zephon's lair containing boxes that you have to put in different holes in different ways to solve the puzzle, those rooms always filled with ever spawning Zephon's children, the only way to stop them is to impale them and not consume their souls. Between solving the puzzle, fighting the creatures, and having the patience of a 13 year old kid, I pretty much raged for an hour while doing that puzzle the first time.
That and the boss battle with Rahab, instant "death" water plus tricky controls don't mix well.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. guns accuracy, although I've gotten better with it, it's still a bit off. Also, it doesn't help that when I shoot anyone, they gain inmunity to any kind of damage while they're doing their "hurt animation".

And well, Metal Gear it's fun and all but I feel it's more Tactical Backtracking Action than Espionage Action.

This. Also, in every game where you drop your stuff when you die, dying multiple time while trying to recover the stuff you lost when you died.

Mortal Kombat for the NES. Grey blood and jacked up fatalities.

And most single player RPGs when I forget to save until after I die.

R-Type III: The Third Lightning (Hard Playthrough)

Specifically, the Forge Level (Stage 4)

Fuck. That. Forge. Level.
Fuck it sideways with a rake. I have no idea what the path is through that maze of doom, or the epic league-douche of a miniboss at mid, but I hate it.

Which is a shame because I adore that schmup all the way up to that point.
Cyclone Force FTW

*4 hours of Oblivion later, after I have leveled up thrice, made the Fighter's guild my *****, and found some really badass armor that I will actually use instead of my personally enchanted Daedric chest, I die to the game glitching up, or me fucking around* and then I stop and remember that I haven't saved for 4 hours... And my quick-save is conveniently right when I fell into the bottomless pit of death...
