This is a very odd question. Before you buy something you will obviously already have decided that the product fits both the price and quality of what you're looking for.
The more you use something the more you'll be willing to pay for it. For example, I use my pc just about every single day and because it takes up so much of my time i'll obviously be willing to pay for top quality hardware and software.
