Everyone knows this phrase, in case you don't:

I've been watching "Scrubs" and going through the whole series. There are some episodes during the 3rd and 4th seasons that are absolutely brilliant, and don't get me wrong, the 5th season is great. But that's when things started to go downhill.
The 5th season cliffhanger was JD going to his 'new girlfriends' apartment, and her telling him that she's pregnant. BAM! Ladies and Gentlemen, Scrubs has now jumped the shark.
The show didn't get awful, but it never really was as funny, clever, or as genius as it was from the beginning. Season 6 was still fun, but was too focused on JD's pregnant 'sort of' girlfriend. She didn't even give birth during the season! Plus, Elliott got engaged to Keith (of all people) who wasn't a good character to begin with.
Of course, season 7 got hijacked by the writer's strike (which ruined two good shows, scrubs and heroes) and season 8 (being on ABC instead of NBC) was bland and mediocre at best. Which was a nice transition to the also bland and mediocre Scrubs: Med School.
Thinking about all of this got me wondering about all the 'Jump the shark' moments in TV. What are some of your favorites? (Or anti-favorites for that matter)
PS: Another one I can think of was Friends. Season 7, chandler and monica get married. Granted from what I heard that's when the show was supposed to end, but it was so damn popular that NBC kept trying to get them to come back for another season. Season 8 looked like a good wrap-up (Rachel gives birth) but the studio pushed for 2 more seasons, ending with Monica and Chandler's babies.
Edit:
To sum up this rather long post: What's the most memorable/your favorite 'jump the shark' moment?
