When should I listen to the 4 Game of Thrones Popcasts?

I saved all 4 of the potcast to listen to them once I began to watch Game of Thrones but I just wanted to make sure (to avoid spoilers) when should I watch each one? Thanks!

I believe the first Thronescast encompasses the first 4 episodes of season 2 and then the next three Thronescasts take on two episodes each
