Please post which films, games or even comics that were attacked by the cirtics for being bad and such, however you felt otherwise.

For me it's Hangover 2. I found the first Hangover unamusing. Mates called me late at night shortly after watching movie bobs and other critics hate towards the film.
I get to the film with anticipation of seeing a hate filled clone of the last film with copy and paste jokes.
What I ended up seeing one of the most funny film I have seen in a long while. Didnt see any of the reoccuring jokes.

I found Bob went crazy over the stipper scene, which I found uncalled for as it was short and made fun of their reaction rather then the strippers.

To be honest I'm to much of a pretentious prat to disagree with a critic but for argument sake I'll go with the Zero punctuation review of L.A Noire.

Critics are never wrong.

You might not agree with them, but then again it is the critics opinion of the movie, so he was not wrong.

@weker.
Well Overall I thought that he was too hard on the game. I know the whole point of ZP is to point out all the negative features, but I still got the impression that the game was broken or at least sub-par. Now that I actually Have the game I think It's friggin brilliant and the best game I've played in a while. (any further communications sent by message for fear of moderator wrath)

Some retard on Eurogamer way-back-when based their entire review of Mafia around it being a "GTA 3 clone" and scored it 4/10.

Pretty much this. Critics are not the same as reviewers. Critic's opinion will always be biased by the very definition of what critics do. They can't be wrong or right. They just tell you how they feel about it, basing on their experience and knowledge of the topic.

Cosmo Landesman has consistently weird opinions about the movies I like. Not that it bothers me, since I've learned to disregard them.

Edit: I didn't like Watchmen at all, whilst Robert Chipman was all over it.

I have seen way to many "clone" call out on reviews like Darksiders, Rift and loads of others.
Rift... dont even get me started on how much ppl called it a WOW clone, however most of them were WoW fans that were pissed about it being mentioned every wow based blog post XD

Yer I enjoyed Too Human, it had a fair amount of issues, but I found many over reacted maybe due to being absorbed by hype or something.

I really like SSBB, but Yahtzee doesn't and usually I'm pretty similar taste-wise. I don't really care though, it's a game that remains fun even when played with my younger sister so in my book it's pretty fucking awesome. Also it has that level of being universally acceptable whilst challenging and cool.

I felt that The Expendables was unfairly lambasted by the majority of critics.
I, personally, enjoyed the fuck out of it because of how retardedly 80's it is in nearly every aspect. It isn't a deep film, nor could it be considered anywhere near art, but I thought it was a brilliant exercise in testosterone-ejaculating, one-liner spouting, magical-unlimited-pistol firing goodness - and I believe that the critics should have taken the actual, well, heart of the movie into account.

I'll second this, but differ from you on the first part, in that I almost always seem to disagree with most critics on something.

I would love to just say Too Human.

before you judge I think its fair to say the game had some good things going for it too, like the light RPG elements, as in weapon/ armour spotting and upgrading, classes, level tree's for each different class. if you like that sort of thing, its possible to overlook the major faults, like the camera, the locking system, and mostly the death sequence. which are all bearable in my opinion.

+1 for being a smart arse.

-3 for not contributing to this topic in any way.

Fuck that, I'll disagree with anything I take issue with. If a critic has an opinion on a game or movie I don't agree with, I'll still voice my opinion.

OT: Pretty much most of the games that Yahtzee reviews. The thing with Yahtzee is that you have to take all his review with a heap of salt, so I never take half of his reviews seriously.

Also MovieBob. I may have detested some of his reviews in the past, but after all, that's what critics are for. They're there so you can hear an opinion on something and discuss it.
