Where are the little sisters? *edit* more Bioshock help please...

Just as it says, I've gotten to the surgery foyer, Dandy Dental, Eternal Flame Crematorium, and found two Gatherer's Gardens but I haven't found a single little sister.
Can anyone help?

Thanks everyone for the help before, hope no one minds me asking for more help.
So I killed a Big daddy, did rescue option (yay) and now Atlas is telling me to come somewhere, and he can't wait to shake my hand. Where am I going? There's another big daddy wondering around, knocking on the things the little sister I saved went into. Do I have to kill him? There are no little sisters around like there were when I killed the first big daddy.

I can't find any, I've scoured everywhere, found two gatherer's gardens, and can only assume I'm missing something.

You should probably add that it's in the game Bioshock or else it just makes you look like this guy

With that out of the way, the only way you can find them is by doing what zombiejoe said, look for the Big Daddies. Remember to check the pause screen that you found every Little Sister in the level everytime you enter a area, or else they may be lost forever

If you're only in the Medical Pavilion, then you won't see any until after defeating Steinman. Then one will be killed for you, and another will wander the foyer.

There you go OP.

If Little Sisters are available in Bioshock, they will always appear near you. I never once had to go searching for them.

I also advise to save them, you get more ADAM in the end.

Oh yeah, this is true. You get these presents with shitloads of ADAM and Plasmids/Tonics in them. You also don't have to watch the mildly disturbing 'Harvest' cutscene.

You have to complete the steinman hunting first. Then a big daddy is killed in a cutscene. they show up after that.

I would recommend killing the second one, if he has a little sister. Don't bother if he doesn't.

Now you want to go back to where you pulled the lever and all the alarms came on. Go back there, and pull it again. You'll be given access to a bathysphere.

Don't shake his hand though. It's covered in fish goo.
